  • How do I change my AmeriCash Loans password?

    To update your AmeriCash Loans password, follow these steps:
    • Log into your AmeriCash Loans online customer portal account
    • Under "MANAGE ACCOUNT", select "CHANGE PASSWORD"
    • Type in your current and new passwords and select "NEXT". Your password is now updated.
  • How do I update my bank information with AmeriCash Loans?

    If you currently have an active loan with AmeriCash Loans, please call 888-907-4227 or email cs@americashloans.net

    Please be prepared to fax, text, or email a copy or photo of a voided check or bank statement from your new bank account. Also, if you are submitting a voided check, please do not submit starter checks, as we do not accept these as valid proof of bank information.
  • How do I update my employer information with AmeriCash Loans?

    To update your employer information with AmeriCash Loans, please call 888-907-4227 or email cs@americashloans.net. 
  • How do I update my AmeriCash Loans customer profile?

  • What if I forgot my AmeriCash Loans password?

    To reset your AmeriCash Loans password, follow these steps:
    • Click the "NEED HELP?" link under the customer login section in the top right corner of the website
    • Select "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" and fill in your username. Then select "NEXT"
    • Select your preferred communication method and select "NEXT". You will be sent a unique PIN that will allow you to reset your AmeriCash Loans password.
  • What if I forgot my AmeriCash Loans username?

    Please call 888-907-4227 to reset or retrieve your AmeriCash Loans username.

  • Do I need to fax or email any documents?

    Yes, these documents include:
    • Verified bank account and voided check (if applicable)
    • Valid Driver’s License/State ID
    • Current proof of income ( ex. pay stub or benefits letters)
  • Can I apply for a loan from AmeriCash Loans if I have less-than-perfect credit?

    Yes, less than perfect credit will not prevent you from qualifying for a loan from AmeriCash Loans. Even if you have been turned down by other lenders, AmeriCash Loans may be able to assist you in obtaining a credit option that fits your needs.
  • How can I participate in the Refer-A-Friend Program?

    Our Refer-A-Friend program allows you to earn while sharing AmeriCash Loans with your friends, family members, and co-workers. Follow the steps below and you’ll receive $100… and your friend gets $50, too!*
    It’s simple.
    1. Copy the customized link in the customer portal and share it with your friends!
    2. They apply for a loan using your portal link or by providing your name or Referral ID number.
    3. If approved, you will receive up to $100.00 and they will get up to $50.00 credit towards their new loan.*

    *Restrictions may apply. Referring customer name or ID number must be presented at time of new loan origination in order to be eligible. Checks may be issued instead of cash. Offer is subject to termination at any time.
  • How will I know when I have been approved for a loan?

    AmeriCash Loans online applicants will receive an email notification when approved; In-store applicants will receive approval immediately in most cases.
  • What do I need to have ready when I apply for a loan from AmeriCash Loans?

    Please have the following ready when applying for a loan in-store and online:
    • Verified bank account and voided check (if applicable)
    • Valid Driver’s License/State ID
    • Current proof of income ( ex. pay stub or benefits letters)
    • Proof of residency (2 recent pieces of business mail)
    Proof-of-income may include a government benefits award letter with a recent bank statement displaying proof of direct deposits within the last 30 days.
  • Will I receive emails and/or text messages from AmeriCash Loans?

    AmeriCash Loans uses email and text communications to keep you informed of your loan approval, payment reminders, promotions, events and more. It's very important that you receive all email communication from AmeriCash Loans concerning your account.

    To ensure you receive important emails from AmeriCash Loans please add our email address, cs@americashloans.net, to your address book as a trusted contact.

  • What is an installment loan?

  • How much money can I receive from AmeriCash Loans?

    The amount you’re approved for is based on a number of factors, some of which is collected from the information you provide in your original AmeriCash Loans application.

    There are also state-mandated loan amount limits. Please visit your State page to view loan Rates & Terms.
  • Is Same Day Funding Available?

    When you apply before 11:30a CST with all required documents, underwriting approval and signatures, you are eligible to receive your cash in your bank account the same day. Restrictions may apply.
  • What are my repayment options?

    You can take advantage of the following repayment options:
    • Installment Payments: You may pay back your loan principal plus accrued fees through a number of scheduled payments made over the loan term.
    • Full Payment: You may pay back your loan in full at any time without any prepayment charges.
    • Early or Partial Payment: You may make an early or partial principal payment on your loan at any time with no prepayment penalties.
